The sandals bought on minervasandali.com or customized, ordered by mail or a telephone call are are made to order by the customer and isn’t possible cancel or return an order.
If the model, color or size are incorrect or don’t match with the order because of a mistake of ours, the products will be replaced at our expense.

If the size is correct, but the sandal is too big or too small, we are available to exchange with another size. In this case the payment shipping will be payed by costumer.
